Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use bezeyn.co or work with Zeyn, a studio in Dubai, UAE. By requesting a preview or ordering a service, you agree to them. Questions: [email protected].

• We may build a free preview of a website using your public business information. There is no cost and no obligation.
• If you don't want to continue, just tell us. You owe nothing, and we will take the preview offline and not use your business name or content publicly.
• Work only becomes paid once you approve a written quote or package.
• Previews may use illustrative stock photos until replaced with your own.

Each project's scope, timeline and deliverables are set out in the quote you approve. Requests outside that scope may be quoted separately. Services may include websites, Google Business Profile setup, QR menus, review replies and review-growth materials, social account setup, logos and monthly care.

• You confirm that content you give us (logos, photos, menus, text) is yours or you have permission to use it.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your business details (prices, hours, claims).
• Account access you share with us (e.g. Google profile manager access) is used only for the agreed work.

Your content stays yours. Once the project is paid in full, you own the final website design, logo and materials we created for you, except third-party items such as fonts, stock photos, themes or plugins, which remain under their own licenses. Your domain and Google profile are registered in your name or transferred to you. We may show the finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

• Prices are given on request in a written quote. Payment terms, currency (AED or USD) and accepted payment methods are stated in your written quote.
• Monthly care is billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice.
• Refunds: because you approve the preview before paying, payments for delivered work are non-refundable. Unused prepaid months of monthly care are refunded.
• Third-party costs (domain, hosting, printing): your quote states whether they are included or billed separately.

We work to make you easy to find and easy to choose, but we can't guarantee specific Google rankings, traffic, review counts or sales. Google, Meta and other platforms control their own rules and can change them at any time. We never post fake reviews or offer incentives that break platform policies.

To the extent permitted by law, Zeyn is not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits), or for outages or changes caused by third-party platforms. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service concerned in the 3 months before the claim.

Either side can end a project or monthly care with written notice. You pay for work completed up to that point, and we hand over what has been paid for.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the UAE. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Dubai. We'll always try to solve things by talking first.
